We provide Bangladeshi curry that takes you on an adventure of dahl, vegetarian, meat-based, accompaniments and masala blends that truly embodies the great tastes and smells that we all love about curry. Impressive, authentic recipes from all over the Indian sub-continent, the British have long enjoyed food with a bit of bite. And 200 years ago, an Indian-Bangladeshi migrant opened Britain's first curry house to cater for the fashion for spicy food. There are a basic 20 to 30 spices that are used in many dishes—cumin, coriander, turmeric, and ginger, to name a few—and there are an infinite number of ways of using them.
